With more than 20 years of professional culinary experience and extensive knowledge of San Diego’s restaurant scene, Zen Café’s Executive Chef George Lepre leads the ongoing development and execution of one of San Diego’s best sushi restaurants specializing in traditional Japanese sushi and a brilliantly composed menu of French and Asian influenced haute cuisine. Incorporating elements of multiple ethnic cuisines, the sushi chefs at Zen Café use progressive culinary techniques to create an exploratory yet approachable sushi menu.
